Pressure Systems Interest Group understands and respects the rights of individuals’ privacy and is committed in providing on-line data security.

This privacy statement explains how data is handled whilst you browse and submit information through the web site and your options regarding the ways in which your data is used.

Cookies

The Pressure Systems Interest Group maintains strict security standards and procedures with a view to preventing unauthorised access to your data by anyone, including our agent.

PSIG Privacy Statement Related to Personal Data

This is our Privacy Statement and relates to personal data processed by PSIG.

The purposes for which PSIG processes personal data include the following:

i. to provide you with the activities organized by PSIG and to maintain our relationship with you;

ii. to comply with law or regulation, including requests from local or foreign regulators, government, tax or law enforcement authorities; and for the prevention and detection of crime.

We may disclose personal data for any of the purposes specified above, to parties including the following:

i. any officer, employee, agent or director of SCB (including subsidiaries, affiliates, representative and branch offices of the Group) professional advisers, third party service providers, agents or independent contractors providing services to support the Group’s business operations under a duty of confidentiality to the Group;

ii. any person to whom disclosure is allowed or required by law or regulation; iii. any court, tribunal, regulator, enforcement agency, exchange body, tax or other authority where we are required to do so by applicable law and/or regulation;

We retain personal data in accordance with legal, regulatory, business and operational obligations, and have in place robust security measures provided by Yahoo Group at which we keep these personal data, to safeguard your personal data. When using external service providers, we require that they adhere to the same current security standards similar to Yahoo Group. Personal data may be transferred to, or stored at, a location outside of Singapore. Regardless of where personal data is transferred, we take all steps reasonably required to ensure that personal data is kept secure.

If we were already in possession of your personal data prior to 2 July 2014, we may have been using your personal data to market PSIG activities to you via various channels.
