Visit of Steel Forming & Rolling Specialists Private Limited

On 19 August 2006, PSIG members visited Steel Forming & Rolling Specialists Private Limited's Facility at 14 Tuas Crescent.

Our host Mr Alfred Gan, Mr Anthony Low and Mr Ang Thiam Swee were with the PSIG visitors. The visitors from PSIG toured the fabrication shop. The process for rolling and forming of shell and dished heads were explained. Demonstration with works going at the shop was given during the visit.

Steel Forming & Rolling Specialist Pte Ltd is one of the most active & experienced pressure vessel dished heads and shells forming & rolling works in Singapore.

The PSIG members had a chance to see with their own eye how forming and rolling of pressure vessels dished head and shell were carried out.

Mr YH Leong, PSIG Chair presented a token of appreciation to Mr Alfred Gan for thanking him to host the visit and his staff to spent time to accompany the visitors from PSIG during the visit.
